1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Night Owl AV, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Night Owl AV provides after-hours low voltage audio/video installation and IT services exclusively to businesses. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Low Voltage Audio Systems
  • Video Conferencing Setup
  • Network Infrastructure
  • Security Camera Systems
  • Digital Signage
  • Business IT Support

3. Business Hours and Availability

Our regular business hours are Daily: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Emergency services are available 24/7 emergency service available. Services are provided within our service area: Denver Metro & Surrounding Areas - Boulder, Broomfield, Lafayette, Louisville, Longmont, and Beyond.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon prior to service commencement. All services are invoiced upon completion unless otherwise arranged. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in individual service agreements.

5. Warranties and Limitations

Night Owl AV warrants that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Warranties on equipment and installations are subject to manufacturer warranties where applicable.Night Owl AV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Night Owl AV's liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, ensuring access to service locations, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations. Clients must obtain necessary permits and permissions where required.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and technical documentation created by Night Owl AV remain the property of Night Owl AVunless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients may not reproduce or distribute such materials without written consent.

9. Cancellation Policy

Service cancellations must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before scheduled service may be subject to cancellation fees.

10. Modifications to Terms

Night Owl AV reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.
